I visited the store this week and was greeted by Natalie. I explained that I was interested in purchasing a new Rolex to add to my collection, and she was extremely helpful throughout the process. Natalie took the time to walk me through the options and assisted me in getting properly registered on the waitlist. I appreciated her professionalism, knowledge, and welcoming approach. I’m very much looking forward to building a long-term relationship with this store and appreciate the excellent service I received.

We had such a wonderful experience with Melissa at the Rolex boutique. She went above and beyond to help us celebrate a special birthday with one of my favorite Rolex timepieces, which made the moment even more meaningful. Melissa’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture and the memorable experience she created. After achieving several personal and professional milestones—and working through a several significant personal hardships—I am finally at a point in my life where I can begin a luxury watch collection with Rolex. After reading numerous horror stories about experiences with authorized dealers, I nearly decided not to pursue Rolex from an AD at all. I am genuinely glad that I chose to stop in and meet Natalie. She was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment my wife and I arrived. The experience was truly enjoyable and far exceeded my expectations. Natalie was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and was able to guide me confidently through the process. Overall, this was a fantastic first experience and a great introduction to the brand. I look forward to my first Rolex and would not hesitate to recommend Mayors at UTC based on the level of service I received.

Mayors Sarasota is an excellent store and has a very nice selection of watches. I prefer this store over other jewelers because they have a lot of quality watch brands and a lot on display. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. I worked with Jonathan to purchase my Omega and he was great - knowledgeable and professional. I have shopped at other stores and this one is now my preferred choice moving forward, I highly recommend it.

It is hard to explain how impressed both my wife and I are with Natalie and Anthony. We had been looking for new watches and were having trouble deciding on what to purchase. We wanted to purchase luxury watches but we didn’t want to make a bad decision or investment. Natalie spent a tremendous amount of time showing us watches and explaining each one to us. We visited several times before finally making a purchase. We were both excited after making a decision on the absolutely right watch for my wife . During the purchase Natalie introduced us to her manager Anthony. Anthony was great. Both stayed past closing time on a Friday night making sure we’re were treated as valued customers. A week later we went back and I purchased a watch for myself again we were met with incredible service. I want to thank both Natalie and Anthony for assisting us with the purchases of watches that we will Remember for the rest of our lives

I highly recommend Mayors at UTC for a truly high end purchasing experience. Their new showroom is beautiful, and the entire staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Kiki was fantastic in helping me select and purchase my new Omega. I’ll absolutely be returning again sometime soon!

I had an incredible experience while purchasing my Rolex. I have been working with Johnathan for years and every time I am in the store, whether it is to purchase something, or just say hello, it is very obvious that his Focus is on my experience as a customer. That is not always easy to find and I appreciate it. The level of service that Jonathan and Anthony provide is the reason I purchase my watches through Mayors. I had a great experience at Mayors at UTC. The recent renovations look fantastic and really elevate the atmosphere of the store. My sales associate, Natalie, was truly exceptional throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right watch. She made the experience feel personal rather than transactional, taking the time to answer questions and ensure everything was perfect. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Anthony, the manager, who was equally impressive. He clearly takes pride in the store and the client experience, and it shows in how well everything is run. The professionalism and hospitality from both Natalie and Anthony made the purchase especially enjoyable. Buying a watch should feel memorable, and the team at Mayors at UTC delivered exactly that.
